To begin, relax and ground yourself by sending little golden roots deep in to the earth. Bring fresh energy up these roots and into your feet and let it flow up into your body and through your energy centres. Imagine a column of light above your head and visualise it flowing in through your crown chakra and down through all of your other chakras and connecting you to the earth below.
Ask the Kaleidoscope Collective to draw near and to guide you during the exercise.
In front of you appears a tall light being with a long green cloak on. He is holding a beautiful golden globe of energy.
The light being holds out the golden globe to you and asks you to place your hands upon it. He smiles and asks if you are ready and wish to receive the gifts of Inspiration and positive transformational energies.
When you are ready, lightly place your hands upon the golden globe of energy, too.
Feel a light energy flow into your fingertips and gently begin to spread within. It then starts to fill your energy field, bringing with it a feeling of calm and peace.
Relax and let the energy refresh your system, invigorating and filling you with positivity.
The light being now asks you to remove your hands from the golden globe. He states that he will ground the new energies into your body. He then draws a grounding symbol on each of your feet.
Thank the light being for facilitating the exercise with you.
Slowly bring your energy back in to the room. Stretch your body, wiggle your toes and fingers and slowly open your eyes.
You may find it beneficial to write your reflections on the exercise in your journal.

Question: I am feeling this big nudge from spirit that I should be doing something different with my life, but I just don’t know what that is. I’ve been spending a lot of time over the past year really thinking about what would bring me joy and also help others, and there’s nothing that is strongly coming in.
Hi Laurie,
Your soul’s path has been a long and difficult journey through time, but this lifetime sees a time of bringing together all of your previously learned knowledge and life lessons. You are currently enjoying a rest from the hectic schedule you have had in recent months. There is an urgency to continue with your work and we have news that will delight you. A new project is on the horizon that will inspire you to make change and progress. Your soul has asked and we have heard, when your life appears to be quiet, know that we are busy working on the next phase for you.
Your main block at this time is self belief and confidence to embrace change, we see you hesitating too much when opportunities arise for you. It is time to stop thinking and act upon your desire to make change happen.
Your life’s path is to bring joy to others, through the media of creativity. I am being told that you write such lovely poetry and this needs to be seen by others. Currently, you keep much of this to yourself. You should seek to dedicate time to your creative pursuits and to publish a book of your work. I also see scripts or plays in front of you and there is something related to children. A return to harmony and balance is sought, too, and this can be achieved through the practice of mindfulness and yoga.
Your soul’s challenges have been many and you have struggled to please others at times and unnecessarily so. You have a need to try and ‘fix’ others or ‘mend’ life events for others. This is the sign of a truly compassionate and generous soul, who has healer qualities. However, their path is not always for you to fix and, at times, you find yourself the victim of the fall out in the process of trying to help.
Some of your life lessons are to allow those in your soul group to find their own way and to know when to preserve your own energies. You are learning when to let go of and not control the outcome of every situation, and to detach from others’ dramas. You have been in service to others in many lifetimes and this is something that comes easy to you. However, during this lifetime, the priority focus is on empowering yourself and having faith in your own ability to be in control of your own destiny.
Your family is currently showing as an important aspect that we are assisting with and healing is being sent to those around you. There has been someone who has been quite unwell and there are angels surrounding them to bring in healing energies. There is also some discussion concerning a younger member of the family; however I am being told that this is in hand and all will be well again soon.
On a healing level, you have a lot of violet energy around your head area. This is symbolic of a strong guide energy coming in over the next few months to work alongside you. Remember to acknowledge this energy and ask it to assist you to gain clarity with regards to your soul’s true purpose.

‘My Soul is guiding me in all that I do.’ It is time to trust your gut instincts again and release your fears to the wind.
