Unconditional love is the key to spiritual advancement. Here is a meditation that is quick and easy.
HOW TO SEND UNCONDITIONAL LOVE TO HEAL A SITUATION
Turn off all distractions, get comfortable and warm. Light a candle to bring in the light and place it on a table in front of you. (Make sure it is safe.)

If at any time during your meditation anything does not feel right with you simply stop and relax, stay grounded.
Close your eyes and take several slow deep breathes.
Ground yourself by visualising roots growing from your feet, down through the floor and into the earth.
Surround the room with a golden light of protection.
Now surround yourself with a cloak of protection.
Feel any stress and tension oozing out of your skin and leaving your body.
Keep the palms of your hands open and facing upwards.
Think of a person or a pet who you truly love. Get the love flowing until it feels good and strong.
Now direct this love away from you and toward the person or situation you wish to heal.
When you are finished wriggle your toes and fingers and open your eyes.
Don’t forget to blow out your candle!
Eat and drink something light.
Because of our different time zones it is hard for us all to meditate together but for those of you who wish to join me I shall be sending out unconditional love and distance healing every Tuesday evening at 8pm, UK time. If enough people take part we could truly make a difference! For those of you meditating at a different time you will be ensuring that the love keeps flowing, wherever you are in the world.
